Scs-Caddo Creek Site-13 Dam is an earth dam built on the Philips Creek River and is located in Ardmore, Oklahoma. It was built in 1969 for the purpose of water supply.

The state-owned dam is owned by the Arbuckle Conservation District. It is also known as Ardmore Reservoir. The dam used to be known as Jean Neustadt Lake.
