Scs-Cavalry Creek Site-03 Dam is an earth dam built on the Tr-Cavalry Creek River and is located in Cloud Chief, Oklahoma. It was built in 1956 for the purpose of flood control.
The state-owned dam is owned by the Washita CO Cons Dist. It is also known as Cavalry Creek, Site NO 3. The dam used to be known as Scs-Cavalry Creek Site-03.

Dams assigned the low hazard potential classification are those where failure or misoperation results in no probable loss of human life and low economic and/or environ-mental losses. Losses are principally limited to the ownerâs property.
Inspections are every 5 years.
