Scs-Wildhorse Creek Site-019 Dam is an earth dam built on the Fitzpatrick CR River and is located in Payne School, Oklahoma. It was built in 1959 for the purpose of flood control.

The state-owned dam is owned by the Stephens CO Cons Dist. It is also known as Wildhorse Creek, Site NO 19. The dam used to be known as Scs-Wildhorse Creek Site-019.
