Scs-Wildhorse Creek Site-106 Dam is an earth dam built on the Tr-East Rock Creek River and is located in Elmore City, Oklahoma. It was built in 1967 for the purpose of flood control.

The state-owned dam is owned by the Garvin CO Cons Dist. It is also known as Wildhorse Creek, Site NO 106. The dam used to be known as Scs-Wildhorse Creek Site-106.
